Data, plainly

Privacy policy.

A short policy for a game that asks for almost nothing. Last updated 7 June 2026.

ORBITA is built to need as little data as possible. There is no account, no sign-up, and no real payment — so there is very little to collect in the first place.

What we do not collect

What may be collected

Like most sites, the page may log basic technical details — such as a browser type, a rough region, and which pages load — to keep the table running and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used. This data is not tied to a name and is not used to identify a single visitor.

Cookies & local storage

The core game runs without tracking cookies. Any small amount of local data used to keep a single session tidy stays on the device and is never shared. Should optional analytics be added, a clear notice will appear first.

Third-party services

The page loads fonts from a third-party font service to render its type. That service may receive standard request details, such as an IP address, purely to deliver the fonts. No game data is passed along with it.

Children

ORBITA is meant for adults aged 21 and over and is not directed at children. We do not collect data from anyone under that age.

Data rights

Since the game holds no personal account and stores nothing lasting, there is normally no personal record to access, correct, or delete. Even so, anyone with a question is welcome to ask.

Changes

This policy may change as the table grows. The date at the top always reflects the most recent version.
