Terms of use.

Plain-language terms for a plain idea: a free game of chance with no money attached. Last updated 7 June 2026.

By opening and playing ORBITA, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the table.

1. What ORBITA is

ORBITA is a free-to-play game of chance modelled on a single-zero table. It is offered purely for fun. It is not a gambling service, it does not involve real money, and it offers nothing of monetary value.

2. Who may play

The table is intended for adults aged 21 and over, or the age of majority in the player's region, whichever is higher. By playing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Virtual credits

4. Acceptable use

When using the table, you agree not to: interfere with its normal running; attempt to access systems or data you are not entitled to; copy or redistribute the game as though it were original work; or use it in any way that breaks applicable law. We may limit access if the table is misused.

5. Results & availability

Each round is decided by a random draw across 37 pockets. Results are final within a session. The table is offered as it is, and we do not promise that it will always be online, error-free, or uninterrupted.

6. Intellectual property

The ORBITA name, layout, artwork, and code belong to the people who made them and are protected by law. Nothing here grants a licence to reuse them beyond playing the game as intended.

7. No warranty

The table is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

Because nothing real is at stake, ORBITA and its makers are not liable for any loss said to arise from using the game, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a change means the updated terms are accepted. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

10. Contact
